According to a research of L’Oreal, 50 percent of men visit hair salons to have their hair dyed. Male plastic surgery also increased in last couple of years where dated showed a 2 percent uptick, a 14 percent increase in facelifts, and a 9 percent increase in Botox.
But you don’t have to go under the knife to slash away the years. Simple steps at home can keep the annoying effects of aging at bay and help you look as young as you feel.
SKIN CARE
Study shows that the attractiveness of man noticed from his skin and it is also the 1st thing people notice. Man’s overall looks judged from the evenness of his skin and the complexion of his tone. By caring your skin you can take years off from your face.

  • Eat healthy. “Eating appropriate amounts of a Mediterranean-type diet — chicken, fish, fruits, and vegetables with a moderate amount of carbs — will keep you healthy as well as looking young and fit,” famous nutritionist says.
Exercise. “Exercise will help you to maintain your tone and your flexibility,” 
and ultimately lead you to off many years.
Fitness and getting in shape is as important as food intake for you. In this busy life everybody seems quite busy working all day. If you don’t schedule your time for exercise or any sports, then with the passage of time you will be exhausted and that would be devastated for you mental health.
